Chicago Bears fan surprises father with Bears-themed wedding dress - For The Win

Both the starts of football seasons and weddings are rooted in hope. Hope they will win. Hope they’ll get it right. Hope that they’ll end up hoisting the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the year. (OK, maybe that’s true just for football.)

A Chicago Bears fan showed off the ultimate hope in donning a Bears wedding dress for her father-daughter dance and coming in to “Bear Down, Chicago Bears.”

She succeeded in making her father very happy, which, let’s be honest, the Bears aren’t likely to do very much this season. Here’s hoping the marriage lasts much longer than any quarterback’s tenure in Chicago.

Congratulations to the happy couple. For the record, we think this is great.
