Kate Middleton and Prince William were among the royal family members at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son Archie's private christening today. Photos were just released from the closed event, and they give a glimpse of how the Duchess of Cambridge dressed for her nephew's big day. Kate wore a pink tie dress by Stella McCartney with a fuchsia headband. The look had Gossip Girl Blair Waldorf vibes:

The Duchess of Cambridge has been a big supporter of Archie. A day after his birth, Kate gushed about how excited she was to meet the little guy, whose name had not yet been publicly announced.

"It’s such a special time and with [my children] Louis and Charlotte just having had their birthdays, it’s such a great time of the year to have a baby," she told royal reporters at an event on May 7. "And yes, spring’s in the air and everything so it’s pretty great. As William said, we look forward to meeting him [Baby Sussex] and finding out what his name is going to be. So it’s really exciting for both of them. And I’m wishing them the best in these next few weeks. It’s always a bit daunting the first time around."

Kate and William met Archie one week later, on May 14. The Daily Mail's royal reporter Rebecca English confirmed the news on her Twitter, writing at the time, "Just to confirm that William & Kate visited their new nephew, #ArchieHarrison, at Frogmore Cottage today after #PrinceHarry returned from Oxford. Their children weren’t with them, however, so it will be a little while yet before George, Charlotte and Louis meet their new cousin."
