Melania Trump is approaching her 200th day in the White House. Since she assumed her role as First Lady, Trump has defined her wardrobe through tailored suiting, fitted dresses, and a generally opulent approach to clothes. But today on social media, the @flotus account posted a picture of Melania Trump with this year’s White House interns, sporting a surprisingly familiar frock: an ivory Michael Kors Collection sheath with gold buttons, paired with python Manolo Blahnik stilettos. The piece falls within Trump’s wheelhouse, but with one exception: it is a dress she has worn before, during her husband’s campaign.

After the primary elections in May 2016, Trump stepped out in the same Kors sheath to mark the occasion. Back then, the dress was elevated by a diamond and gold chain link bracelet, but today, she kept things more pared back. With Trump set to fly solo to Toronto for this year’s Invictus Games, perhaps we will see a few more reworked pieces in the coming months.
